Since trying to rid my house of toxins, I have been trying many different items. One item I was very interested in, was wax melts. I use them in my home daily and I wanted one with a natural approach.
I saw happywax on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I purchased the Savory mix blend. The price was $12.95, not too bad. The shapes really caught my eye. How cute, bears! The ad said soy wax, with essential oils. I recieved my package pretty quickly. The smell was not what I was expecting, but I understood, Its not fake fragrance.
After 2 weeks, these are my thoughts. (These are my opinions, and yours may differ.) The scent was very faint, and I had to use around 4 for it to fill the room with the lightest scent. It lasted longer than the traditional wax, which is a plus. I would say it lasted about 3-4 days VS the traditional wax lasting a day or two. Not to say the product is bad, because it was not at all. It just wasn’t my cup of tea, if you will. The scent wasn’t the best and it didn’t fill the room like I thought. *I do understand that this is made out of essential oils, so there more than likely would be a difference.
